Our process incorporates a collaborative effort to aid in the design and application of your products. Our engineering, quality, production, and sales teams work together reviewing all of your tolerance, design and production volume needs. Then we develop a plan using customer input to insure a successful part launch.

Lean principles are utilized to drive all our process efforts. Our team makes every attempt to "drop" the part complete to reduce variability in the manufacturing process and deliver a high-quality part. To guarantee our competitiveness, we produce many parts on our unattended third shift. This "lights out" manufacturing method further reduces the labor burden and increases our machine utilization – bringing a competitive advantage to our customers.
